It happens with some but not all of my test videos.  Note that after cancelling the progress bar for Build Previews, LR still consumes 120% CPU.

Steps to reproduce on LR 11.4.1 / Mac OS 12.4:

1. Download and unzip this catalog, which contains two photos and a video:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/tdh31j3g58ein55/preview-bug.2022.07.15.zip?dl=0

2. Do Library > Previews > Discard 1:1 Previews.

3. Select the photos and video and do Library > Previews > Build 1:1 Previews.

4. Observe that the progress bar freezes before completion, and Activity Monitor shows LR consuming a constant 120% CPU.

5. Cancel the task in the progress bar.

6. Observe that LR still consumes about 120% CPU.

If a video file is included in the selected files for producing 1:1 previews, Lightroom Classic hangs up.  This is true even if only one file is selected.

The only way out is to force LR to shutdown.

The video files I have mixed in with RAW files are produced using an iPhone 13.

The type of video file (HD or 4k, frame rate, codec) does not seem to matter, any video file causes LR to hang up.

I have not noticed this behavior until the lastest update of LR, so I believe this started with the 14.4.1 update.

I have restarted LR multiple times, no change.

I uninstalled and reinstalled LR, no change.

I have rebooted the OS, no change.

Windows 10, latest update, OS Build 19043.1826

Latest version of LR Classic, 14.4.1
